Christine, the business owner and teacher at Studio Eleven, runs an intimate class for Hen parties and bachelorette parties that amplifies the powerful feminine connection that women have.

Christine understands the commitment that is being forged and the important role the bonds and support of family and friends play.

 

The class will generally start with a short meditation, followed by guided yoga poses, including warm-ups, some bonding activities and a short restorative practice to end the session. This class will cater to all ages and capabilities.
