A Morning of Movement Meditation
Sunday Soul is an invitation to pause, and through movement &
meditation, find a greater stillness within. It's a time to invite full expression of your body, heart & mind through the dance, and allow the quiet whisper of the soul as we practice sitting and walking meditation.

Coming Home to the Body
Saturday 12th September 2026
Venue: Riverside Studio Boyle, Co. Roscommon
Facilitated by Margot Harrison
Join Margo at the Riverside Studio in Boyle for this second workshop in the series where we will explore the theme of 'Coming Home to the Body'. She will be working with shamanic healing techniques, visualisation and ritual, and using the body as a bridge to gain direct access to our personal, tribal and ancestral sources of power and wisdom.
Dialoguing directly with spiritual allies we will receive practical answers to life's questions and gain personal connection, knowledge and insight, to move into a right relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
All are welcome, irrespective of experience or spiritual belief.
Bring a notebook and pen, and some colouring pens if art is your thing, and be prepared for a day of revelation, exploration and fun!
We will gather at 9:30am, have two sessions before lunch with a break in between and the same in the afternoon finishing at 5:00pm. Spaces are limited because of the size of the venue.
The cost for the day is €85 which includes tea, coffee and biscuits.

Summer Yoga Retreat 25th - 30th June 2027
Mid-Summer Anusara Yoga Retreat with Bridget Woods Kramer and Friends 25th - 30th June
This Mid-Summer Anusara Yoga Retreat with Bridget Woods-Kramer and friends will run from June 25th - 30th June, with a welcome meal at our house on Saturday 20th evening after yoga, and an optional St John's night swim and sauna on Tuesday evening with meal at Christine's, these meals are included in the yoga price.
Bridget will focus on the power of Shakti , the faces of the Goddesses for the morning practices .
In the afternoon the practice will be more restorative with Somatics , breathwork & meditation or Nidra .
Henry will alternate one day leading restorative yoga and Bridget will finish with a meditation, the next Bridget will teach restorative and Henry will finish with you leading a Yoga Nidra .
Mark an experienced yoga teacher will assist where needed.
We are offering all 10 classes, in the Doonmore Hotel, with an option of one beach yoga class if weather allows
This Mid-Summer Yoga Retreat with Bridget and friends Henry and Mark will run 25th June 30th 26+ hours of yoga
Finishing at 12 pm on Wednesday
There is also an 8 class option of 22 hours from Saturday afternoon to Wednesday 27th - 30th June €350
All classes can be purchased individually for €45, dinner gathers at Christine's are included in the yoga price. Saunas, guided walks, massages, ferry, accommodation and food out are at your own expense.
These hours will count as Elective Anusara hours and CPD hours with an experienced teacher
