A Personal Story of Healing, Understanding & Care
“If you are based in the North West of Ireland, hopefully I will be able to help you. I am running a space that is easily accessible for anyone who is looking for a safe place to have some complimentary treatments while going through or post cancer treatment.
I feel that my understanding of the needs of a person at this vulnerable point in their life is heightened due to my own personal experiences, and I am very aware of how carefully people need to be treated and looked after during this time.
I offer a little space for healing and nurturing during a time when the body can feel under constant attack, a space where you can find respite, empathy, relaxation, and care.
When I finished my own cancer treatment, I trained as a Holistic Massage Therapist and then completed additional courses in Oncology Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Sessions are always adapted to each individual’s needs. I also support people before and after surgery with MLD sessions to help the body prepare for upcoming procedures, and to aid recovery afterwards, while helping to minimise scarring.
I would be happy to have a chat with you over the phone or in the studio to see if there is anything I can do to help you find a little comfort along this journey.”
