Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in September
We are delighted to announce the Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training course in Ireland. Putting this together has been a long road, but we are delighted with the outcome. It is a globally recognised international accreditation in PreNatal Yoga teaching. This 85-hour training meets the highest international standards so you can teach yoga to pregnant women and support these amazing mothers-to-be at every stage of their pregnancy and birth.
We will explore the power of the deep feminine and the incredibly
complex potential available to us. Pregnancy yoga training can increase
a yoga teacher's understanding of the female body and all the anatomical,
physiological, and psychological changes during this momentous experience.
The training is structured into three modules and covers various aspects
of yoga prenatal practices. To find out more, please click here.
