Due to covid-19 restrictions, we cannot loan out mats and other supplies, however, we do sell all the things you need in our shop.

WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?
WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU PROVIDE?
We have a large changing room, equipped with lockers to keep your valuables safe, and cubby holes to store your mat and shoes.

We also have bathrooms that have baby changing stations.
WHAT ABOUT MY VALUBLES?
We provide lockers with individual keys for your valubles.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/ BRING
HOW DO I PAY FOR CLASS?
Wear any clothes you have mobility and comfort in.

We ask that you bring a yoga mat, if you do not have one we sell them in-studio or on our online shop.
To ensure your place in class we suggest you book online.

However, you can pay with cash in-studio before class starts.
